That any Asbestos containing materials remain in good condition;
Accidental damage to Asbestos containing materials is avoided.
Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys
An Asbestos Refurbishment / Demolition survey aims to ensure that:
Nobody will be harmed by work being undertaken on Asbestos containing materials within the property.
Any work being undertaken on Asbestos Containing Materials is done by an adequately qualified contractor.
Re-Inspection Surveys
As Asbestos Re-Inspection Survey aims to ensure that:
Up to date records of the condition of Asbestos Containing Materials are kept.
Any instances of damaged Asbestos are highlighted to the client to allow necessary measures to be put in place.
Asbestos Directed Sampling
Do you have an item you would like tested to confirm whether or not it contains asbestos?
We can undertake directed sampling of any material to determine the presence of asbestos. The laboratories we use to analyse all samples are accredited to UKAS ISO 17025 for analysis of asbestos in materials.
